Shipping, Returns & Terms of Sale
Payment and pricing: All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made in full at checkout. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated before the order is completed.
Because each original painting is unique, it will no longer be available after the order has been confirmed.
1. Shipping and delivery
I currently ship only within the United States.
Artwork is carefully packaged and normally shipped within 5–7 business days after payment is received. Tracking information will be emailed when the order ships.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside my control.
2. Damage during shipping
If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me at info@studiotorkamani.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please keep all packaging and include photographs of:
The damaged artwork
The shipping box
The internal packaging
The shipping label
I will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement when possible, or refund. Reporting within 48 hours helps with the carrier’s insurance claim and does not limit any rights provided by law.
3. Returns
I want you to be happy with your artwork. If you would like to return it, please contact me within 7 or 14 days of delivery.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Unless the artwork arrived damaged or was sent incorrectly, the buyer is responsible for return-shipping and insurance costs.
A refund of the artwork’s purchase price will be issued to the original payment method after the artwork is received in its original condition. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.
Commissioned or personalized artwork cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged or is defective.
4. Copyright and reproduction rights
Purchasing an original painting transfers ownership of the physical artwork only. Copyright and all reproduction rights remain with the artist.
The artwork may not be copied, printed, reproduced, distributed, used on merchandise, or used commercially without the artist’s prior written permission. The artist may continue to display and reproduce images of the artwork for portfolios, prints, publications, social media, and promotional purposes.
